When Jackson wouldn't play in the game Jared asked what was wrong. Jackson loves playing soccer with Dad and his team mates but he didn't like the idea of an opposing team. So when Jared yells across the field to Jackson what he meant was "You don't need to be afraid of the other team in red" what he yelled was "It's okay Jackson, they are kids just like you-they're just a different color." Oh, husbands say the darndest things!

That is sooo funny! That is especially funny because you live in such a diverse place. Did he have any "different color shirt dad's" waiting for him in the parking lot!!! ha ha.

There are two things that make me laugh out loud: The Office, and Sara's blogs. Maybe the fear of soccer runs in the family- Kali and Caleb both HATED being on the soccer team. Caleb is now in Karate and loving it.
Oh, by the way, this is not Brian, it is Jamie. I am just hacking into Brian's account. Don't tell :)
Funny! WE just watched Will Ferrell in Kicking and Screaming last night... so I'm down with soccor humor.
Ahh well... It's a good thing Jared is so pretty. :-)
